The staff seems to care more about my comfort than simply “following a formula”. Going to other orthodontists with the multiple issues I’ve had with my teeth I would always be in some sort of pain but there has been little to no issue with the process of straightening my teeth now. The staff has been nothing but patient when it comes to me, especially when I would slack off in wearing my bands.
